Registration opens on July 15th and closes in September 10st, 2021. (or as long as there are vacancies)

The registration form is available on the menu “Inscrições” and should be filled in according to the instructions. The contestants list should also be filled in according to the instructions.

One form should be filled for each coreography

Contestants can register as a Competitive Show or not.

Important: To define the category add the age of each contestant and divide by the number of people

- two 13-year-old girls – 26

- The sum equals 85 – 85 divide by 5 people equals 17. Category: Junior

Important Remarks:

1. Regina Ballet Produções is in charge of the organization of the13th edition of the Alto Tietê Festival “Mogi das Cruzes em Dança” and its technical and artistic aspects

2. The duration of the coreography must follow the Regulations. In case of exceeding time the contestant will automatically be disqualified

3. The organizing comitee can disqualify any contestant in case of fraud or regulation violation

4. The organizing comitee is in charge of the results and no appealing will be accepted

5. All contestants of Alto Tietê Festival “Mogi das Cruzes em Dança” 2021 agree to conceeding Regina Ballet Produções the right to use, permanently and cost free, any taken photos or recorded vídeos during the festival (including rehearsals), regardless of any regulations in any foreign countries. These materials will be used either for commercial, educational or institutional purposes.

 

REGISTRATION FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE

1. The results and the award ceremony will take place on the same day as the presentations.

2. The registered groups or schools are the only legal responsibles for the liberation and rights of the coreography

3. Videos:

- The videos must be recorded in landscape orientation the contestant can wear either a class outfit or costumes.

(PRESENTATIONS VIDEOS WON’T BE ALLOWED)

- Upload the vídeo on YouTube under the license “CREATIVE COMMONS” and send the link to the e-mail: videosfestivalaltotiete@gmail.com

- Include in the link: School’s name, coreography, coreographer, genre, subgenre and, in case os solo, the dancer’s name

• Pás de Deux and Duo: R$ 60,00 each

• Pás de Trois and Trios: R$60,00 each

• Grand Pás de Deux: R$ 70,00 each

Group: R$ 35,00 each contestant

In case the same contestant participates in a second coreography, he/she will pay R$ 20,00

15 – Prizes

The modalities and categories listed above are running for the prize FESTIVAL ALTO TIETÊ MOGI DAS CRUZES EM DANÇA” – 1st, 2nd and 3rd places

The trophy will only be sent if the contestant bears the shipping costs.

16 – Grades

- 1st place – 9,0 to 10,0

- 2nd place – 8,0 to 8,9

- 3rd place – 7,0 to 7,9

​

17 – All contestants will receive digitalized certifcates and comments by e-mail

​

18 – All:

3rd places will get a 20% discount on the RV Festival – October 31st (Live Event)

2nd places will get a 30% discount on the RV Festival – October 31st (Live Event)

1st places will get a 40% discount on the RV Festival – October 31st (Live Event)

18 – All the contestants who get the 1st place in all modalities will get a spot on FESTIVAL INTERDANÇA – PORTUGAL (February – 2022)
